Wishek Living Center is a Skilled Nursing Facility licensed for 49 beds. As of 7-1-24, Wishek Living Center is also licensed for 6 Basic Care beds.  It opened in 1964 and was remodeled in June of 1990 . We are a non-profit organization licensed under Medicare and Medicaid.  Our facility also includes 18  1-bedroom HUD supplemented independent living apartments for those 62 & older or disabled, as well as 19 Assisted Living units.  See information on HUD apartments and Assisted Living under the "More" tab on this website.

Wishek Living Center is a member of the American Health Care Association , National Center for Assisted Living, and the North Dakota Long Term Care Association.
